A friend bought me the America’s Test Kitchen cookbook, about cooking for two people, last year for my birthday, and the post-it note on the inside cover said,
“This is perfect for you, because you can eat both portions!”
My love of eating pushed me into the kitchen, and my obsession with all things sweet pushed me into baking. This blog is helping me document my experiences with baking, whether it is a concoction born of my own kitchen or something new and delicious in my belly.
